Quick doctor's appt update.

Isabelle had her 1 year old check up today. She weighs 10kg, 22lbs and is 75cm long. The as the doctor had a look at her notes, he was quited surprised to see that we have not been to him since her 6 month check. I think he is just use to seeing kids with some ailment or another at some point between routine visits. He said that she is an extremely healthy girl and was very impressed with her walking skills (and climbing stairs skills). He also showed her how the tape measure works..... pull the tape out and then push the button to roll it back again. After staring quite skeptically at him at first, she got her nerve up to take it and managed to do what he had showed her. He also check her ability to see properly. (that both eyes see the same thing similtaneously) He used this black and white 3D type card. If you looked straight at it, you could see the shape of a star coming out and she grab for it which is exactly what she was suppose to do. So all and all a very good appt. Oh yes, we had her 12mth vaccines and she was a champ. I think she cried more because we layed her down than the actual injections. The minute she was allowed up, she was basically fine. She is amazing!!!
